Your ad rides on my Ford Transit cargo van, getting seen all over the Southaven/Olive Branch & Nearby Mississippi areas while I’m out door dash delivering, commuting, and running errands.

Where do you drive?

I regularly drive through:

  • Hernando

  • Parts of Southeast Memphis

Your ad receives consistent, real-world visibility in high-traffic areas and neighborhoods.

What is the “Be Seen on the Street” Package?

I offer one simple, effective package:

Be Seen on the Street Package

  • Your custom ad (magnet) installed on one of the available spots on my van

  • Large, visible magnet or signage (sizes vary)

  • Weekly driving-activity summary

  • Minimum term: 3 months

  • ½ off your first three months for a limited time (prices vary)

What exactly is included?

Every campaign includes:

  • Guidance on layout, message clarity, and readability

  • Basic ad design, which incorporates your provided logo and artwork (as long as it meets format and resolution requirements)

  • A proof of your ad, which you will review and approve before printing

  • Installation of your magnetic sign on my van

  • A weekly route summary report

You are responsible for:

  • Printing costs for the signage (magnet), typically $25–$75 per magnet depending on size and printer

  • Any professional design fees, if you choose to hire a designer for a more advanced layout beyond the included basic design

If you already have a fully print-ready design, I can use it at no additional cost. We will provide you the required ad dimensions and specs.

Do you design the ad, or do I?

Two options:

1. Use my included basic design
I’ll create a clean, readable layout that uses your provided logo and artwork.

  • File formats must meet print-quality standards (PNG, JPG, or PDF at 300 DPI).

  • You will receive a proof to review and approve before it is printed.

  • If you desire a more advanced, stylized design, you may choose to hire a professional designer at your own cost.

2. Provide your own finished artwork
If you already have a print-ready design, I’ll send you the size requirements so your designer can format it correctly.

How big are the ads and where will mine go?

The van includes several premium ad locations:

  • Large side panels

  • Side strips

  • Passenger door

  • Rear-door space

You’ll choose from the available positions when you begin your campaign.

How does the weekly tracking report work?

You’ll receive a weekly summary that includes:

  • General areas and neighborhoods traveled

  • A simple overview of route activity

This gives you insight into how often and where your ad is seen.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No. As with any outdoor advertising, results vary.

I can guarantee:

  • Clear, readable signage

  • Consistent local visibility

  • Weekly route summaries

How long is the commitment?

The introductory commitment is 3 months.

After that, you can:

  • Renew in 3-month increments

  • Or simply end your campaign

There are no long-term contracts.

What happens when the promotional pricing ends?

If you join during the promo (½ off your first three months), the discount applies to your initial 3-month term only.

After that, the rate returns to the standard monthly price for your chosen ad space (varies). You can choose to continue or cancel.

Who is responsible if the van is in an accident?

You are not responsible.
I carry my own insurance and manage all vehicle-related matters.

What if my magnet gets damaged?

If the magnet becomes worn or damaged, I’ll notify you. Since you own the magnet, any replacement printing is at your cost.

Can I see the van or sample signage?

Yes — I can provide photos or arrange a quick in-person viewing so you can see the van and available ad spaces.

Do you accept all types of businesses and ads?

BeSeenGetGreen reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any advertiser or ad design. I aim to keep the van family-friendly and community-appropriate, so I may decline ads that involve restricted industries, offensive content, misleading claims, or designs that do not meet readability or quality standards. If I am unable to accept your business/ad, I’ll let you know right away so we can discuss alternatives.
